Anyone got any clever programs that will allow me to recover deleted and lost files?

Cheers,

Recover4all has been VERY successful for me.You need to act quickly though cos once the area of the disk that the deleted file(s) were stored has been re-written to,you'll be hard pressed to recover the data.........
Their website is here

Good luck

Nick
