I have just been sorting out one of our cupboards and found all of our old photo's that we have stored away complete with the negatives, and i have lots of them!!!!,

Is it possible to get a scanner which i can scan these negatives to create an electronic copy of them and then burn them to CD??

Any help & experience with this will be greatly appreciated

Nikon & Cannon do a negative reader. They're about £200ish, SRS Micro Systems in Watford have 2 2nd hand ones for sale about the £150 price.

A trip to your local Jessops store will help.

Or their web site web site. They have dedicated film scanners starting from £120.

You could get a flat bed scanner with a transpareny / negative add-on for similar money.
