How do i stop mpegs launching in Quicktime? I much prefere WMP.

You need to change the file association from QT to WMP.

Open Windows Explorer then goto:-

Tools>Folder Options>File Types

Choose .MPG and .MPEG and change them to use WMP

You can do this in WMP too. Tools - Options - File Types and put a tick in the relevent boxes - Movie File (MPEG) and Windows Media file for MPG and WPM.
