Electronic Time Sheet (using the web) ???

is there such thing as electronic timesheet using the web? basically i want to be able to record my timesheet on the web (eg, just click on the days i worked), then the manager can look at it and click to e-sign/authorise it.

we use something but I aint recommending it as its ****.

Like David we have one we use, but I'll also not recommened it as it is utter sh1te. This one uses a 880kb Java download to present a grid where a plain HTML table based form would work just as well.
