Just bought mine - will let you know when I install it
Look at the install AVIs - looks a piece of cake
Got mine from here -
http://www.easybuy2000.com/global/europe/products/xbox/matrix.shtml
Look at the spec - runs multi-region, DVDr (backups) etc.....
Cheap too
Will let you know when it turns up

Yep, mines installed
You need to install DVD-X v2.0 to play other region DVD's. Actually, on further reading region encoding is indeed bypassed.
Mail me if you need more info.

Its not quite as easy as the avi's would have you think
A bit of fiddling and its in though. Just be careful not to overtighten the screw (like I did ) or you'll knacker thread, because its metal screwing into plastic. If you do, then the recommended fix is a bold and nut from the underside of the mobo, this keeps the pogo pins firmly pressed against the board in the little holes.

Oh, mine took about 2 weeks to be delivered, but then it was quite early on when stocks were in short supply.
Check the easybuy forumsfor info on expected delivery times.
