PC Crash

Ok..
I`m having trouble once again with my PC.
It seems to run fine for most of the time, but, Once or twice a day it just shuts itself down. Especially it seems when I attemp to open a new web page or link.
It doesnt go through the usual "Windows is shutting down" thing, it just clears the desktop leaving only the background, then it starts to reboot.
I`ve checked the power connection but thats solid so I haven`t got a clue??
Can ayone help please.

Also, don`t know if this has anything to do with it but it affects any current downloads too. Using kazaa lite, d/l half completed and when it reboots all d/l, even q`d ones are wiped??

Don't forget Kazaa is full of spyware also....
D/load ad-aware, get some AV software, if you already haven't, check the event logs, see what processes are running, how much free disk space/ram/pagefile etc is available.... defrag, remove any unwanted apps...
Do you have any processor s/w, so you can check the temp etc, most new bios's have the ability to shut down the PC if the CPU goes over a certain temp... what about power management ?

Attu- I have run Norton. No virus found.
Ducati 996- I`m using Kazaa lite, no spyware.
I`ve got Ad-aware. Using mem turbo, shows 50% ram free??
Hasn`t crashed since this morning!! full 9 hours without trouble!
Any other ideas??
