Is this graphics card any good and is it a fair price?

Sorry for asking such a dumb question but I have noticed recently my Prohet 4500 is getting a bit clunky (failing big style) and I am looking to upgrade it.
I was wondering if this card is good and if the price was fair.
Gainward GeForce4 nVIDIA Ti 4200 with 128mb 3.6ns DDR Memory for £164.49 inc.VAT and delivery
Cheers,
Mark

As dfullerton says, the new GeForce5 is upon is, but its called "GeForceFX". It won't hit retail til late January. I'd hold off until then, as it'll have the usual knock-on effect of depreciating the existing GeForce cards out there.
Alternatively you could buy its competitor from ATi - the 9700 Radeon which is out now.
Try dabs as they stock em all.

Even though that may be one of the 'Golden Sample' cards from Gainward, it is way overpriced.
As the others have said, the new range from Nvidia will hit the shelves hopwfully within the next 8 weeks, the knock down price effect may not be as great as they say/hope.
Dabs has been mentioned and the DabsValue GF4 TI4200 128MB card is actually a retail boxed Inno3D card. 2 of my mates have bought these very recently for just over £119 from them inc vat and delivery. The Radeon 9700pro is a beast, but still not completely without it's flaws(good old ATI).If I thought that it was good enough, then I would already have one, but I have held off for the new Nvidia's to come out.
I don't think that you will be disappointed with one of those cards, but you may well went to gamble and wait to see what happens to prices after the new cards some through soon.
This id the link to Inno3D's details on that card if you are interested:

Whoa nelly! if I am looking at the same card on scan that I think is being recommended, then don't be silly
It is only a 64 meg card and the Inno3D cards are easily as good as the Abit cards. Add the postage to that and you will be looking at virtually the same money for a card with less future proofing
Cheers,
Nick

Nick,
I noticed that, when I looked at Scan, the same card from there worked out more expensive!
Seeing I am not worried about being bleeding edge but rather stable edge (graphic glitches in XP is getting annoying)!
