Codec Needed for Getaway in Stockholm 3 DIVX???

I and a few others have downloaded this DIVX (750mb) from KAZAA but dont have the codec to view it. Ive got DIVX 5.02 which is the latest codecs from divx.com
Anyone got any idea what codecs we need and where to get them from?
The file is called Getaway.In.Stockholm.3.DVDRip.SVCD-X-Streem.mpg if that helps.

P1 - got it !
Basically because its an MPEG2 svcd file it wont play without adding special filters to any standard media players. So, the way I understand it you have two choices:
1 Play it in Powerdvd - I'm doing this now...it works!
2 Use whatever burning program you use to burn it to a cdr as an svcd disc...yet to try!
...If you have Powerdvd its a scoosh
