what is the best POP3 connector to use on Exchange 5.5 please ??
as ex 5.5 didn't ship with a pop3 connector of it's own (apart from sbs)
now I know this is going back a bit as everything is 2000 now

thanks

It's basic (uses .ini file for config) but it's free.

Works a treat though. Just schedule it with WinAT.

thanks Chris, unfortunatly it's for 900 pop mailboxes don't ask & I don't fancy populating an ini file manually for all of these accounts, some with multiple smtp addresses.

Ahhh

That'a big pile of POP3 accounts. Do you have the details in Excel or anything? Surely any downloader will need to be configured with the logons, passwords etc?

I don't know mate, never used a 3rd party pop3 for more than 20-50 users.
It's a shame you can't install exchange 2000 without AD as that ships with a pop3 connector ??
