Question

Hi All,
Edited my Profile to update Email address recieved the passsword Logged in went to edit the password for one I can remember then I recieve an Automated new password I am on my tenth password and still no joy

Heeeeeeeeeeeeeelp

I just tried it in my profile and had no problem. I presume you are not going anywhere near the email field whilst editing the password? If you alter the email (even by overtyping with the same address I think) you generate a new auto-password

Hi Tony,

I've had exactly the same problem. Just looking at your profile can generate a new 'random' password.

It doesn't seem to affect all accounts though.

Tracking it down will be a pain, so best to learn you new password for the moment.

I edited my profile to change my email and did not get a new password, and my old password will not work any more - can you help me as well ??
