Get some Net Nanny type software, get an AOL account, or create a hosts file that none of your kids will know about that says all the dodgy sites you list have the address 127.0.0.1.

If its a specific site...
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, then the Security tab and click on Restricted Sites. Then click sites, type in the address and click add.

Rule of thumb - if you think you can stop your kids from accessing dodgy material on the web .... think again!
They often know more than we do ... and if they can't get to it on your PC they will find one that they can get to it on
