Copy downloaded files (normally an .INF file to location on hard drive- such as Windows) Go to control panel, double click display icon, settings tab, advanced tab, Monitor tab, then click change. Let the wizard run and when it comes up with the choice of Display a list of know locations etc (normally the non recommend \ advanced option!) choose this and then click have disk, then choose the browse option and browse to the location that have previously saved file to.
And if that is all to much effort 85Hz is not bad really - can't see any differance myself between 70 and 95 Hz !
