Which peer to peer download s/w to use

Ok, so I'm now broadbanded up, and I've been using Kazaa, Imesh, WinMX, but each one seems to be good at some things and others better at other things, which is the definitive one to go for, and are there any security issues with them ?

afaik, the only P2P with no spyware is www.kazaalite.com
thats what everyboby seems to go for on here.
ive used for a bit and had no problems,but then again i dont run a firewall so i would'nt know if there were problems or not

Installed Overnet last night which is a straight p2p version of eDonkey2000 ( no connecting to servers reqd ).
Requires .Net framework download as pre-requisite.
Inital impressions are very good ( specially for movies )
