Talking

Firstly i know nothing about Lotus notes and I need some help hopefully someone here will be able to help.

I need to create a mail message that can be left on a users desktop as a file that can be double clicked on. When it is accessed it automatically opens a new mail with a set content.

Is this possible? has anyone an example that they can mail me?

Create the document as stationery is the easiest way for a single user - if it is for the whole company for internal use, make a change to the mail template on the server to create a new form...

Thanks

Question

On another notes related issue. Is it possible to have a custom picture top left instead of having to pick one from the list?

Cheers!
