Tried to find via search but only found adsl one.
Any others you can recommend?
Also running TweakMaster and different proxy server.
What should I expect from 600k?

Under ideal conditions the optimum download speed would be a constant 75Kbps (=600kbps) I usually reckon on d/l typically being around 35-45Kbps (280-360kbps) although this varies widely
Actual speed is dependant on speed of the server you are connecting to, how many hops the download takes, number of users on your local node etc etc etc.
@ 128kbps upload speed, the maximum would be 16Kbps

NTL 512k - the results are all over the place.......
ntl:World - 512k service Server Download:
6KB/s (48Kb/s) - Dismal - this is extremely poor
Download through Transparent Cache:
76KB/s (608Kb/s) - Superb - much higher than expected
Download through alternative Cache (webcache.bt.net):
32KB/s (256Kb/s) - Poor - this is too low
All the pings timed out too - but I'm not sure if I should have turned my firewall software off .........
