What the feck have i done!(overclocking)

To cut a long story short,i was playing about with my mem settings in BIOS,setting them to aggressive to get a higher 3DMark score etc,and for some reason i still dont know i set the BIOS back to default.I have set everything back to what it should be,but know my 3DMark score has gone from 12000-6500ish.
what the hell am i not doing?Im pulling my hair out wondering!

Good god si, I have told you, along with others on here soooooo many times.
hot cpu tester lite (at least 30 mins)
3dmark2001 (at least a couple of loops)
prime95 (a few hours)
sisoft sandra burnin wizard on the memory for 30 mins or so)

got them all so ner ner ner ner ner :P.
With the results of these programs what do i do?
im going to leave hot cpu running tonight normal, then run it 2morrow when i over clock it again while im at the gym
