Darren,
Mario is awesome, got it Sunday, and have put in quite a few hours since.. now got 39 shines (you'll understand when you play it), yoshi, turbo nozzle, and jet nozzle
Eternal Darkness is due out in about 2-3weeks I think (EB are advertising it).
TimeSplitters 2 is out on the 24th Oct too and isn't Burnoout 2 out today?
Hope that helps, Alex

Happy Birthday Darren!
I think the big games have been mentioned!
If you want some fun games have a look at Super Monkey Ball and Super Smash Brothers Melee. Super Monkey Ball 2 should be out for Xmas!

The first Burnout was a complete crock of sh*t. One of if not the worst console game Ive had the misfortune to own (was one of the games I had when I bought my cube 2nd hand).

I agree with Alex, Mario is brilliant best platform game I've played since Magical Hats Turbo Flying Adventure on the Megadrive. Didn't know if I'd like it (not been a fan of 3d platformers) so hired it out last night, only got 13 shines so far, but really enjoying it. Guess I'll have to buy it now, sure I've seen it for £32.99 somewhere, if only I could remember where.
Other than it the releases have been terrible, this will be my first game since launch day.

Rogue Leader 2, 007:AUF and Super Monkey Ball are the only three games I still have and all 3 kick ***. Looking to get Resident Evil: Zero or Kelly Slaters Pro Surfer next.

Girlfriend got me a GameCube for my birthday today, along with Rogue Leader.
Just been out to get Mario Sunshine and confirmed what I already knew in that there's not enough quality releases for the machine yet.
Haven't tried it yet, but looking forward to getting stuck in. Mario games are something to behold. You look deep enough and you see the amazing game design thats been evident in all Miyamoto's classics. I'm hoping Sunshine will be the same.
Ok, so down to business - whats the score with modchips, and rendering the machine region free ? I've chosen Eternal Darkness as my next game, but I'm not sure if its out in PAL.

Cartoon or work of art ?
