Anybody got experience with this on Windows 2000 for accessing Terminal Services by getting zebedee to port everything thru port 80 for firewall/proxy transversal ??

Nope but I did get a link to this http://online.securityfocus.com/infocus/1629 the other day that explains the way in which you use it.
Looks quite good, similar to how you can tunnel over SSH on Unix. I have used SSH on Win2k as described in the above article too. Works very well, especailly SCP for file tranfers.
