Several options:

1) HW Cable/DSL Router that supports NAT
2) Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) on a Win32 box.

it is simple, but need more info so that can help you more.

what OS, how many PC? what type of connection? LAN setup? protocol? hardware stuff?
