Network or home?

If network, get Administrator to "overwrite" their old password, check "prompt for change @ next logon", let the user know the temp one & have them change it when they next log on.

If home, much the same as long as its not the Administrator password you've lost!

The user in question is a home user, with one account (And yes you've guessed it, it's the administrator one)

Big fish ready I think.

There is a Linux Utility that will make a boot disk that will let you reset the password.

NT Linux Password Tool
