Question

Hi Guys n gals.

I may soon have in my possesion a LOS Microwave Link system (128K link I think) to connect remote sites together will all the gubbins to make it work. Its fairly specialised. Any ideas as to what it would be worth ?

lol, its a case of we are moving and they are junking it. Have the option of having it foc and legit too.

Microwave is only of use to people with "line of sight" of disparate buildings, so yes it is specialised, but only 'cos of the not very many people that would need it over a (300m max?) bit of Cat5. It can be degraded (performance) by fog/rain & things that get in the way (buses?).

I know what you mean, but it seems a pity to just bin it. Maybe could donate it to a free2air type project
