A family member has been offered an IBM Thinkpad 390x

What would this be worth? AFAIK it is totaly standard.

A quick response would be appreciated as he needs to give the guy a call back.

Oops, didn't read the what is it worth bit. It would help if the spec was mentioned.

the most he was able to tell me was :
64m ram
network card
new battery
he is going to get the rest of the info if the guy gets back to him.
Lets take it as a PII 400 ?? and 6gig HD (couple of years old)

just argue the RAM is a bit low and the ibm 390 is pretty lardy. so start with £200 and haggle .
