If I wanted to run a database application that was designed for a MAC G3, is there an emulator that could run it on the PC, and how effectively would it run ?

I've used Executor from Ardi Systems in the the one drawback is it won't run native PPC apps, but if your DB app has a "fat" binary it should run fine.

What database app is it ? If it's a 4D app or FilemakerPro app you can get both of those for Windows.

No its a bespoke app written for Renault.

Nuff said (gulp!)
