Does anyone use DVD creation software for putting DV video onto DVD?

Hi,
Got a DV camcorder, and now a DVD writer. Doesn't seem to be a lot of trial versions of PC DVD creation software out there.
What do people use and what is good?
DvdIt any good?
I would use iDvd2 on my Mac, but only works with internal drive, and mine is external. So, need to look at Windows solutions.
