Scheduling backup to a DVD+RW

Ok, if anyone's interested. The Sony package definitely comes with a backup / disaster recovery program that can manage scheduled backups.
Also, if anyone's interested in buying a DVD ReWriter, its important to note the new format DVD+RW, opposed to the out-of-date DVD-RW format which sucks.
