Not sure what you want to hear but I went there and they realy do chase you off if you get too close. Pretty spooky place.

Hate to burst your bubble, but the face on Mars is nothing more than a trick of the light, coupled with our innate desire to see faces in the simplest of shapes.

I believe Area 51 still has a fair amount of top secret stuff hidden away, although there are other rumours that they have since moved the really secret stuff elsewhere. A bit like Greenham Common where they moved the Nukes, but didn't tell the protestors.
