Retaliation help
Have a local planning official who is causing lots of grief. He will not reply to phone/fax/or email.
Is there an easy way to send him a LOT of emails at one go so he will have to reply. Just don't fancy sitting typing for hours.
Nothing illegal though. It will just be the same planning query hopefully about a 1000 times.

Tried this - never in - never available -unable to cometo the phone.
Basically the person is now reneging on something they agreed to but have not done. Tried to speak to other people concerned but as pointed out don't want to upset the applecart with anyone else.
Most people are sympathetic but can't go against another official in the council. Sounds like MI5 this!!!
If i do meet him face to face he will just agree with me and then do nothing again. I need to make him fulfill his agreement by being such a pain he'll do anything to make me go away. He uses email a lot(a real people person) so I think this would be the best way to get to him.
Any more ideas

Duh. Don't even think about it.
Remember, he has the power over you, not the other way around. If he refuses your application, you might never get it passed.
If he really won't return your calls, find the name of his superior and speak to him/her.
