Crystal Reports?

Depends on the version, some of the earlier versions were a bit buggy, baically it writes SQL for you and then runs the SQL to extract data from a database. Uses an ODBC connection to a database of your choice, allows you to select the tables you want to join (and how to join them) then the fields you want to display. You can then format the results pretty much how you want them. OK for non SQL writers to get data out of databases or for reports you want to re-run periodically and distribute. Can run agains a variety of databases flavours including Access, therefore more flexible than Access reports.
