Tried to install a few times now... downloaded from internet twice - takes a while on 56 k Running WinME with 1.2 Duron, 256 k RAM

Also tried from PC Answers magazine CD - exactly the same result... ?

Any ideas??

Do you get any error messages?

I had a similar problem, when I typed verbatim the error message into Google I found loads of stuff on the topic.

what version do you have currently - 5.0 5.5?

I had that. Was asking for a DLL in from the temp install directory that actually was in the system directory. (i.e already installed)

Keeps saying certain parts (everything )were not installed and to re-run setup! rerun setup goes to exactly the same result
