When I receive document's as attachment's they tend to be illegible.The document is made up of shape's and written text and not as it has been sent.
Is there something I have not set up correctly on my PC?
I am on the old Windows 95.
This may seem obvious to you pro's out there but it is doing my head in!

probably wrong version of software between your PC and the attached files it was written on. for example, you got word 97 and the attached files was in word 2000.
