How to post pics

I know its been asked for before but can someone tell me in, simple terms,how to attach pictures to a thread on the bbs. God, if only I knew as much about computers as I do about cars!

Edit this post after uploading picture to webspace & see the way I've referenced the picture to get it to display...
Use the [ ] format before & after the url of the location of the pic & it's filename.
If you haven't got webspace of your own, either ask someone who has to host it for you or find a pic uploader on the web.
