When conneting to Terminal services on a win 2k Server from a client on a win2k prof desktop I get the error "The Terminal Server has ended the connection"

And an entry is recorded in the system log on the server. "Event ID 50, Source TermDD, The RDP protocol component "DATA ENCRYPTION" detected an error in the protocol stream and has disconnected the client"

We have two other win 2k servers running Terminal Services in our domain and can connect to them with no problem. All three machines seem to have the same Terminal Services settings.

Any Ideas??

Thanks for the link, but like that user I have also downloaded and installed all SP's and hot-fixes. Still doesn't connect.

 

Last bit of it mentioned a hotfix only available from MS PSS. Might be worth a try ringing them?
