at the main menu press LEFT,UP,LEFT,LEFT,B,UP,LEFT,LEFT,B,Y,DOWN,UP,B. the directions must be done with the d-pad. you must enter this EACH TIME YOU BOOT THE GAME UP, i dont think you can save the cheats.
UNLOCKS EVERYTHING.
