Im after some software thats free or 30 day trial (to see if i like it of course

) to record off the radio to mp3. Did i say off the radio i meant someone talking on a mic to mp3.

Creative's EAX software will encode ANY audio into MP3..... just record into Windows anyway - process thru EAX.

Free from CREATIVE's website, me thinks.....

Also I think the unregistered version of "Cool Edit" should do this. Also, search out Goldwave, never tried it for this, but you never know.
