Long shot but here goes.
When I first got my pc a few months back (packard bell) the toolbar(i.e. back button, Refresh button etc. + the menu bar, the links bar etc.) was all coloured in a nice pattern which I liked (apart from 'Packerd Bell' being written on the top alongside the file, edit etc. menu bar)
Now it's gone and is just plain coloured. in my other logins (it's on XP) it's is still how I like it but no ion my login. I may have been fiddling in registry but cannot find any settings that would change this.
Anyone any ideas? be most grateful.
