Long shot but here goes.
When I first got my pc a few months back (packard bell) the toolbar(i.e. back button, Refresh button etc. + the menu bar, the links bar etc.) was all coloured in a nice pattern which I liked (apart from 'Packerd Bell' being written on the top alongside the file, edit etc. menu bar)
Now it's gone and is just plain coloured
. in my other logins (it's on XP) it's is still how I like it but no ion my login. I may have been fiddling in registry but cannot find any settings that would change this.
Anyone any ideas? be most grateful.
