Reverse Number Lookup is illegal in the UK, apparently.
Why on earth do you want to do this? Surely if someone wants you to know their address, you can just phone them up and ask "what's your address".
If they don't want you to know, they don't want you to know. OK, I can understand if this person owes you money or something, but ...

because long story short ive purchased a spolier off Chameleon Automotive about 7weeks ago
No reply but quite happy to cash the cheque wont answer phone no anything so im pursuing legal action

...and to answer your original question, InfoDisk (the CD version of 192.com) used to allow reverse phone lookups, but v4.1 was the last version to do so. Guess what version i have

the data alone is 650MB, and the program is copy protected, so you are going to have to get your folding stuff out.
