Ordered some bits last Tuesday from this crew, not received one single thing back from them, other than order confirmation

Tried sending them emails, none answered, tried ringing them- they don't answer the damn phone [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]

Has anyone else had any trouble with them?

I paid on credit card, got a feeling the bits are never going to turn up but maybe the Mastercard can persue it for me..

I bought some films from them a month or so ago and they took a week or so to arrive, so I wouldn't worry too much just yet.

I've had no trouble from them. Have ordered loads of stuff in the past.

I have always had good service from them. But they might not be as big a company as they need to be. Also In London I can get the same deals on film from "Jacobs"

I had some stuff on order - half of the order came so I called up - they said the other bits were on back order. Nothing after about 3 weeks so I called up, they said that they were in stock so would send? so why hadn't they already sent them??? anyway 2 weeks later I was just about to call then they arrived.

I think they blow hot and cold, if they sorted it out they would be brilliant, but as they are its just ok
