The US Supreme court has decided that the $399 million award damages for design patents was issued in error of the law. So it looks like Apple will be paying back the $399,000,000 plus interest and most likely court fees.

I don't believe they ever received it. This is just a reduction of the amount paid to Apple, Samsung are still guilty.
It's obvious to everyone but a fool that back in the days of these claims Samsung Mobile was copying Apple's every move, they still do it to a lesser degree, back then it was blatant. If Apple did nothing when would it stop, you should thank Tim for protecting your future

Here you Jack. Samsung did pay. I think the other patents are still in legal system and likely will be cancelled out.
