Apple V Samsung

The US Supreme court has decided that the $399 million award damages for design patents was issued in error of the law. So it looks like Apple will be paying back the $399,000,000 plus interest and most likely court fees.

pah , that's less than Jack spends a year on apple stuff

cant see the problem

JackClark 08 December 2016 01:44 PM

I don't believe they ever received it. This is just a reduction of the amount paid to Apple, Samsung are still guilty.

It's obvious to everyone but a fool that back in the days of these claims Samsung Mobile was copying Apple's every move, they still do it to a lesser degree, back then it was blatant. If Apple did nothing when would it stop, you should thank Tim for protecting your future :)

Apple are influenced by many things and pays licence fees for many things, no doubt they've paid compensation themselves in the past. Nothing quite as blatant as this Samsung case.

really? omg you are deluded. :lol1:

Here you Jack. Samsung did pay. I think the other patents are still in legal system and likely will be cancelled out.

Apple have done a mighty job in brainwashing Jack, he should be made CEO.

So funny, I use products that work for me, provide entertainment and monitor my health, they work really well and I'll happily recommend them to others = Brainwashed.

I think I trigger you and others because inside you're deeply unhappy, that's the usual reason people try to piss on bonfires.

JackClark 09 December 2016 10:52 AM

No really, I have no idea what you're trying to get at? You just seem to be picking away on this and the other thread in some sort of bizarre game. It's like you're trying to bait but failing and can't walk away, that must be it.

That will soften the note7 losses a little bit ;)
