Anyone know how to play tv/video signal into a PC? I've got a TV out port on my graphics card - can the signal go both ways?
If not, do I need a special card or a TV card etc??

TV-Out is outgoing only. You need a TV card such as the Pinnacle PC-TV Rave. Cost about £30 when I last bought one 
It accepts a coax input and channel tuning is done via software.
