Hi chaps - upgraded to Windows 10 but have discovered that my MS Outlook (and all the emails associated with it) have disappeared.
If I roll back to Windows 7, will this sort the issue or have I lost it for good?

I have a new pc coming with W10, if its **** then I will downgrade to W7.
Sorry I can't comment if a roll back will restore emails, maybe someone who has had similar issues could

Thanks Andy. Okay - I rolled back to W7 and everything is as it was. Phew! W10 also appeared to remove My Documents and My Pictures folders... I now need to work out how to stop Windows 7 trying to upgrade itself to Windows 10
Details of how to achieve this is posted in the other windows 10 thread

10 isn't **** you ignorant gimps!
I've been using it without hitch since it was released. I wouldn't go back to 7 no way. I have it installed on three home PC's... all doing exactly what they did prior to the upgrade, without any problems. That includes one productivity work horse and two hardcore gaming machines.

Upgrade to Windows 10 and suffer imaginary spying or stick with Win7's lesser security that will really open you up to spying.
If you don't do the upgrade while it's free you're a mug.

I'm sure W10 offers more security. But the fact is that when I installed it, it removed Outlook and asked me to reinstall from a CD (which I don't have as it was installed under licence from the retailer).
It very likely removed it as it wasn't licensed. You should contact your retailer.
