5K Retina Mac
Ok so iys my Daughters 21st so im buying her a MAC Air, but on ordering I slipped in a 5k IMAC for myself
8gn Ram ( I,ll upgrade myself )
3 tb Fusion drive
ATI 295x VGA Card
So my question is what Apps shall I get
Already got Final Cut but any others ?
I will also bootcamp it gotta run windows on it

How much RAM are you going to throw into it?
For the windows side of things, you could either use Bootcamp, or you could use Parallels Desktop for Mac, or VMWare Fusion, both of which are pretty good VM solutions.
You can also go all nuts and setup Bootcamp and get the VM software to use that as the drive. The advantage here is that you have the same data, wether you are actually booted into Windows, or wether you're running via VM.
Which you use really does depend on how much time you'll spend in Windows. If it's just occasionally firing it up to run something specific to windows, then VM would likely be better
Other apps, hmm:
1Password - Password management app, has an iOS version too, so passwords are synced between devices.
LittleSnitch - Handy tool for monitoring, and optionally blocking incoming and outgoing network requests.

Hi Markus ive only ordered with 8gb Ram, and will buy 2 more 8s for now so total 24gb. I will in time do 32GB but 24s enough for what I need
I will deffo bootcamp as I need windows for work, and gaming
