LOST SYNC...?!?!

LOST SYNC...?!?!
My Galaxy Ace phone's default email client has lost sync with Outlook...
In that if I make changes in Outlook on a PC/netbook, etc. - such as deleting or moving emails to different folders - the changes aren't mirrored on the phone anymore.
It used to work fine and I have not knowingly changed any settings, etc.
(New emails still come in fine and all that, though).
Any ideas?

Littleted - and anyone else for that matter - top tip:
To restore syncing to the phone's own 'Email' client (as shown above, in post #3)...
Go to 'Settings' > 'Applications' > 'Manage Applications'...
Navigate to the 'Email' application...
Click 'Cancel' then 'Force Stop' then 'Clear Cache' then 'Clear Data' (in any order; just ensure, ultimately, they're all greyed out)...
Come back out of there and navigate back to the Homepage...
Open 'Email' client...
At the prompt, re-log in with your email address and password, then click 'Next', then follow any further set-up prompts...
Et voila: all syncing is fully restored! (Just go into the email 'Account Settings' menu to re-customise your preferences again). Sorted.
Of course, now that you're using the actual Outlook app instead, I'm sure you won't wanna go back to using that Email one... But thought I'd post that info, nonetheless.
