Default Dog drool, sweat, hair, grime, help...

Just bought a little restoration project last week, and very excited to get started but need to save up a while... So I thought I could tackle a few jobs that aren't going to cost me (too much), like cleaning...

Thing is I think the previous owner has used the interior of mine as a kennel, to say it stinks is an understatement.

I'm going to remove the seats and bring them home to the back garden, but not sure what to do, scrub them, hose them, buy a steam cleaner, jet wash, bonfire?

Any tips would be great as the overall condition is great, just a bit stained and very smelly.

Thanks...

The only advice I can offer is for the hair, I use cheap wide masking tape to get it off the seats.

Some seats you can take the fabric off and stick them in the washing machine, just don't do a hot wash or they might shrink, failing that jet wash gets my vote every time.

to get rid of the hair use a brush which had rubber bristles on it, brush it all into one bit then hoover it up

for the cleaning side, i always use G101 its amazing stuff and dosnt smell too bad you can use it on plastics, metal anything basicly i use it in my vax as well

just be carefull when diluting it as its pretty strong

youll get 5l for about £15 of ebay
