Recommend a machine polisher please
And before anyone says, I cant afford a dual action!
I'm not convinced the 12v ones will be any good so I thought i'd ask before trawling ebay etc.
I had 559 Red paintwork, quite a lot of swirl marks from age etc so would like to give it a once over with some G3 and have something to do waxing etc.
I used Autoglym, have done for years, hopefully this will be machineable?
Mark.

Yeah it seems to keep up with the "big two" in terms of DA's (Megs 220 and PorterCable) and my local pro-detailer has got one for when he's doing his quick polishes (normally uses a rotary for proper details).
I used to use a friends imported PorterCable, and this Kestrel is identical in design - possibly a ripoff, but it's pretty much the same device with the advantage of a 230v power supply!

DAS6 Pro with the bigger motor is a good bet. More torque and less chance of bogging down. I started with one of them and it works well with Chemical guys Hex logic or Microfibre pads.
Now use a Rupes LHR15 most of the time
