What do you guys use to apply your polish/wax?

Mine are looking a bit tired !

I got some meguiars yellow foam pads from B&Q of all places.

Interesting, I have had a quick look on their website and they stock quite a bit of cleaning stuff - didn't know that!

These are awesome for hand use or machine. Better than any flat yellow applicator I've used.

I've started using these for wax which I find to be much better than the Megs pads that I used before.

What makes a good one? I use the yellow ones and it works it puts it on evenly...what more is there to it?

To be honest there's virtually no difference in terms of performance (that I've noticed anyway), I simply find the foam finger jobbies more ergonomic which makes them that much easier to work with - essentially, it's just personal preference really.
