Yes he did.

Actually there are benefits, you don't have to bend down so far to reach the sills and you can fit a whole hand between the caliper and the wheel so you can clean the inside of the wheel without taking it off

"Thorough" doesn't even begin to describe him does it

I'm sure he'll be along soon but briefly it was some grey stuff, then some white stuff and then some clear stuff. Oh and some stuff that smelled of oranges

Thanks Chris. Chris done some photography for me and in return part of his payment was a detail of his rather nice jdm sti. Mmmmm twin scroll.

Sorry for the delay in responding to the thread. Have been trying to catch up on some sleep.

If we need to give the car another go Chris give me a shout I had a little play in the ford on the way home. And no Stu n Neil I wasn't in the fiesta I had the Scoob and went for a mini splosh

Products used were:

I4detailing sss
Dodo BTBM
Megs wheel brightener with Megs slide lock brush and wheel back brush
Poorboys WW and Mothers Plush drying towels
Tropicare Big Orange t&G
Gloss it Mild Clay
Megs LT for lube
Menz RD3.02
Menz 85re
3M pads
Silverline Rotary Polisher (The Kestral developed a break in the wire)
Various PB mf cloths
Werkstatt Acrylic
PB Bold n Bright
Mothers Mag and Ally polish for the exhaust

I've got loads of pics on the camera at home. But due to a family member being rather ill and in hospital I've not had chance to sort through them yet. I'll do a proper write up and add it to this thread. The detail was done on 3 hours sleep after being at the hospital till half 4 in the morning. Glad to say though shes now back at home and on the mend.

I don't think I'd have made it through the day without the coffees, bacon butties and help from Chris and Charlotte.

Sodding massive things. Took ages

Seriously though the wheels were heaven to clean. Plenty of room around the Brembos. Wish it was that easy to get inside all wheels. I can't even do that with my 16" and 4 pot combo.
