clay bar and speed detailer question???
does it matter what speed detailer you use with any clay bar, or would you recommend sticking to the same make???
the reason i ask is i have been using the turtle ice liquid clay bar and whilst the results are ok they are not perfect (still crap on the bonnet and roof) but being as i have brought the spray detailer from the same range (halfrauds 3 for 2 offer) they dont do a clay bar, so i was thinking of getting the meguiars or similar clay bar and using the turtle ice speed detailer as the lubricant. all thoughts welcome as always.
thanks in advance.

It should work just fine; you can generally use any quick detailer or even plain old water with clay bars (the latter once your method is spot on) so what you have should do you fine.
