I use the wife's stainless steel sink cleaner and it works a treat
And a hell of a lot cheaper than the above mentioned.

Have you got any metal polishers near you Darc ?

If it is scratched and marked badly and has lost it's lustre you could remove it and get it buffed up on a polishing machine, a couple of cloth mops one with Carbrax MG on and the other with Steelbrite on to finish would bring it back like new

Sorry I'm in anorak mode

Here we go Darc you need something like this LINK your best bet is to contact him and ask what kits they have for stainless steel, the mops will probably be the same but they may suggest a different polishing compound to go with them.

Easy to do but messy, get some safety glasses on as the mops loose some of the fill plus the compound sprays out a little... 3 grades of mop work your way from the course to the fine and feed the compound on lightly and often, the compound has quite often an animal fat in it to bind it together so that's where the vienna lime comes into play after you finish wipe the lime powder over the surface and it will remove all the grease the compound leaves over.

Hang on.... right I've put my anorak back on the hook for now

How's that
